There is not much right there by the lake, but Ardmore and Sulphur are pretty close by.

I found a really good bait shop once about 10 miles south of Mt. Lake, by accident, that sold Isreali Carp Minnows... Ain't found it since. Have you heard of it?

I think the place you are talking about is called jones bait or something along those lines.
Its located right in the center of this map.
